OUR RECEPTION AND SECURITY CONDITIONS
Do you want to organize your next stay at Ferme des Saules? Reservations are of course open on our site. As soon as the end of confinement strikes, we will all need to meet again and Frédéric and I will be even more than usual happy to welcome you to make you forget this bad period.
Staying at the Ferme des saules is the guarantee:
Being in a place isolated from the world, in the green, between sea and countryside where well-being and security are essential. With our spacious guest rooms and common areas, access to several terraces, the distancing measures imposed by the Covid-19 / Coronavirus are fully respected.
Impeccable health security: we did not wait for the Covid-19 to pay particular attention to the cleanliness of our spaces. Common areas, bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily; the sanitary facilities are fully disinfected with each new guest. From now on, we will also disinfect everything that can be disinfected: furniture, door handles, switch, etc. The cleaning of household linen (sheets, towels, etc.) is provided by professional laundry.
At “La Ferme des Saules”, we consider that a successful stay must be freed from all constraints. We therefore make every effort to facilitate your daily life: booking restaurants, tourist sites, activitie … Our credo: “Come, we just take care of the rest. ”
In short, you will understand, we make your health, your safety and your well-being OUR PRIORITY!
OUR CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT OF YOUR STAY
To our guests who booked before the crisis for stays planned until the end of the summer, and who wonder about a possible cancellation of their stay, we ask not to rush their approach. As long as this crisis lasts, even if you cancel at the last moment, our general conditions of sale will not apply and you will not be harmed.
As authorized by our government by ordinance n ° 2020-315 of March 25, 2020 in order to come to the aid of tourism professionals, we will put at your disposal, if you cannot benefit from your stay with us, a voucher for the amount of the deposit that you had paid at the time of booking. This voucher will be valid for 18 months from the initial date of your stay. If this deposit is not used within this 18 month period, we will then reimburse this deposit.
Exceptionally, especially for guests coming from very far (Australia, USA…) and for whom it will be difficult to come to France in this 18 month period, we can extend the validity of the deferral to 24 months maximum.
So you take no financial risk and you save our business! Do you want or are you forced to postpone your stay? Thank you for contacting us by email or by phone +33 28 68 05 32 so that we can send you your voucher and possibly agree another date.
To our guests who wish to book a stay between May 11 and June 30, 2020, it can be canceled or postponed without charge up to 10 days before the date of arrival. Beyond, the entire stay will be charged.
